It sounds like you need the Fan-Tastic Vent 3350 Series Upgrade Kit - Off White # FV803358 which will replace all the "guts" of your fan. It sounds like there is a circuit board issue and there aren't replacement parts for everything malfunctioning outside of this kit. If you also want the fan, you can use the # FVK8017-00.

If you remove the screen on your vent assembly there should be both a brand and model number listed. If you can provide this then I can give you the correct replacement lid. If not your only other option would be to remove the vent lid you have now and pay attention to the hinge. If it is a continuous hinge like the photo I have attached for you then you can use the Vent Cover for Ventline Old-Style Rounded Dome Trailer Roof Vents part # BV0554-03.

I tried looking up the Optronics Model 291 but couldn't locate anything. The G4/JC10 LED Light Bulb (cool white) # DI33VR and the G4/JC10 LED Light Bulb (warm white) # DI93VR are the LED equivalent to 20 watts, 12v and has the 2 pin design. I didn't find anything else with those specifications.
